3) Educational Speaking
Engaging, interactive and informative on topics relevant to corporations and communities alike, including: MindBody Medicine and Integrative Health, Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction, Lifestyle Medicine, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and more.

4) General Internal Medicine and Integrative Health Consults
Assessment by Dr. Cook and his team of internal medicine specialist fellows can be arranged on an OHIP basis at Mount Sinai Hospital, Ambulatory Internal Medicine Group Practice. A consult request must be faxed by the family doctor. Integrative consultations in collaboration with various Complementary health providers are also available on request.

5) Canadian Aviation Medical Examinations Medical examinations of Cat 1 -3 pilots available in my Toronto office.

6) Travel Medicine Consultations Full travel clinic services, including Yellow Fever vaccination, now available in Markham within the NR Medical Clinic. Corporate travel consultations, vaccines other than Yellow Fever, and altitude screening exams are available in my Toronto office.
